Your expertise will be essential in shaping financial strategies that support our operational goals and enhance our market position. Prepare and review financial documents, budgets, and reports for accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations. Analyze financial data to identify trends, perform variance analysis, and recommend financial actions. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of transactions. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct regular ledger maintenance and other accounting activities related to flatbed operations. Coordinate with other departments to verify financial information and clarify discrepancies. Support the financial planning and budgeting processes, providing insights into cost management and revenue enhancement specific to flatbed logistics. Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. Prepare for and assist with external audits by providing necessary information and explanations.
