Identify and implement process improvements around financial reporting operations. Prepare all journal entries, reconcile accounts, month end accounting close and verify system transactions. Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts to ensure accuracy and reliability. New customer setup, new vendor setup, etc. Responsible for benefits (401K reporting and compliance, Health Insurance/ACA reporting and compliance) , Workers Comp. and compliance, garnishments. Accounts Payable, Payroll and Benefits. Month-end and closing activities. Must POC Accounting and Job Costing. 3-5 yrs. of Accounting preferably in construction, architecture or engineering. HSG. Accounting Degree. CPA eligible a plus. Monday – Friday, 8-5. Criminal/Drug screening.
