The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks experience and a solid background in both accounting and bookkeeping . This role involves working with multiple clients and handling a variety of tasks including payroll , bank statement reconciliation , and sales tax reporting .

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00

PM Location:

In-person to start, with potential for hybrid work after training

Manage and reconcile bank statements Process payroll for multiple clients Prepare and file sales tax returns Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Assist with various accounting and bookkeeping duties as needed

Qualifications:

QuickBooks experience is required Prior experience in accounting and bookkeeping Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred , but not required
