Job Duties Process earnest money check requests Coordinate with banks to open checking accounts Set up entities in Yardi accounting software by creating job codes and recording closing entries Prepare loan draw requests to submit to banks Process pay applications as submitted by general contractors, including obtaining required approvals Process other invoices from external and internal requestors Prepare bank reconciliations and/or assist with outsourced bank rec function Post journal entries as needed for monthly close Maintain property listing with classification of stage of project Qualifications 1 – 3 years of accounting experience in either public accounting or industry Bachelor’s degree in accounting Yardi experience preferred but not required Candidates should submit a cover letter and resume to .
