⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Investor Needs Feet on the ground! Runner Needed (Birmingham) compensation: Pay is $30 per house Real estate company is looking for someone reliable to join our team. This is a paid per job type position. This person will go to various local properties and take a ton of photos, add lockboxes when necessary, and fill out a walkthrough sheet with in depth information of the property (we will provide the sheet). All information and photos should be added to google drive or dropbox and sent to us with your invoice. Then payment will be rendered.
Note:
We are investors so many of these homes are in desperate need of repair.
We need someone with:
Reliable Transportation Fast response times Dependable and Thorough Good photo quality (camera photos ok as long as quality is good) When we have a new job, we will reach out to you. Expectation is 24 hour turnaround time. Pay is $30 per house.
