Accounting We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Accountant to help turn financial data into insights that drive strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do:
Lead monthly internal financial reporting Analyze budget vs. actuals and explain key variances Turn data into digestible stories for leadership Provide financial transparency to department heads Build custom reports and KPI dashboards Forecast results based on operational changes Automate and streamline accounting processes Maintain and analyze large data sets Meet key deadlines for executive and investor reporting Support annual budget development and department planning Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities Prepare presentations for C-Suite and external stakeholders Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years in accounting or audit; CPA or working toward it preferred Strong Excel and accounting software skills Excellent communicator with attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines Onsite availability
