We’re seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll support accounting and reporting for the company’s investment portfolio. You’ll work closely with internal teams across accounting, investment operations, and asset/liability management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in investment accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform month-end close activities (reconciliations, variance analysis, data validation) Support investment accounting functions and reporting Assist in implementing new accounting standards and maintaining compliance Analyze and resolve data issues with internal and external partners Manage investment-related data used in financial reporting Help onboard acquired assets into company systems Participate in projects, system testing, and special assignments Document processes and support cross-training within the team

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 2+ years of accounting experience; CPA preferred Strong Excel skills Detail-oriented with solid analytical and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
