Senior Accounting Clerk Position Available In Jefferson, Alabama

We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to support one of our clients accounting operations and ensure smooth financial processes. Pay – $50,000 – $60,000

Job Responsibilities:

Process and review financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare reconciliations and assist with month-end closing tasks. Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts. Work closely with internal teams to support various accounting functions. Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required). 4+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
