Tax Lead
One-Year Contract role. ITAC Solutions is working with a premier independent fiduciary wealth management firm with over $65 billion in client assets. Our client offers personalized financial solutions to individuals, families, businesses, and institutions.

Compensation:

$30.-$43.per hour (DOE)
What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare and file Forms 1099-R, 5498, and 945 for federal and state tax reporting.
• Review and validate IRA transactions and RMD calculations throughout the year.
• Oversee daily tax withholding payments and year-end tax filings.
• Ensure accuracy through TIN matching and quality assurance reviews.
• Resolve complex tax issues and support audit readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors for non-IRA tax reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support client onboarding and respond to tax-related inquiries.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to tax team members.
  Requirements for the role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Required
• CPA/CPA Eligible Preferred
• 3 years of relevant tax experience
