Job DetailsResponsibilities:

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsiblefor: Managing the general ledger and conducting accountreconciliations. Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financialstatements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handling accountspayable and receivable, including invoice processing, paymentprocessing, and follow-up on outstanding receivables. Assisting inthe preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financialreports. Participating in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, andregulatory requirements. Assisting with audits and taxpreparations. Collaborating with other departments to improvefinancial procedures and ensure financial integrity.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent StaffAccountant position should have the following qualifications: ABachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1year of experience in accounting or a related role. Proficiency inaccounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP). Experience with general ledger functions, accountreconciliation, financial statement preparation, accounts payable,and accounts receivable. Excellent attention to detail and accuracyin work. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identifydiscrepancies or inconsistencies. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financialconcepts and data to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to workwell in a team-oriented environment. Ability to manage multipletasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and makedecisions.
