What You’ll Be Doing Job Scope:
Generally responsible for reviewing and verify time and material invoices submitted by contractors and vendors. Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and comply with project budgets and guidelines. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Cross-check invoice details against project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and time sheets. Assist in maintaining organized records of all invoices and related documentation. Communicate with project managers and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices. Prepare reports summarizing invoice reviews and findings. Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed.
Ideal Background Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
This position requires 3+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of invoicing and accounting principles is a plus.
