Responsibilities:

As aConsulting Senior Property Accountant, your primaryresponsibilities will include: 1. Overseeing all accountingactivities related to income-producing properties, includingshopping centers. 2. Preparing and reviewing monthly financialstatements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance withindustry standards and regulations. 3. Conducting CAMreconciliations and preparing annual budgets for propertyoperations. 4. Utilizing Yardi software for property managementaccounting tasks, including data entry, reporting, and analysis. 5.Collaborating with property managers and other stakeholders toprovide financial insights and recommendations. 6. Leading theimplementation of new accounting policies and procedures to improveefficiency and accuracy. 7. Conducting regular audits to identifydiscrepancies and areas for improvement. 8. Assisting with taxpreparation and compliance activities. 9. Providing financialconsulting services to clients, including strategic planning, riskmanagement, and investment advice.

Qualifications:

The idealcandidate for the Consulting Senior Property Accountant positionwill possess the following: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experiencein property accounting, preferably in a consulting role. 2.Proficiency in Yardi property management software. 3. Extensiveexperience with CAM reconciliations and shopping center accounting.4. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A CPA or CMA certification is a plus. 5. Strong analytical skillsand the ability to make data-driven decisions. 6. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explaincomplex financial information in an understandable way. 7. A keenattention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in afast-paced environment. 8. A deep understanding of real estateindustry trends and financial regulations. 9.
