Salary:

 $75,000-$85,000 + bonus potential Fully onsite role

Schedule:

 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday Great benefits including 100% employer paid medical Summary Complete account review and month-end close processes for three companies. Develop and process general ledger journal entries as needed, including maintenance and reconciliation of intercompany allocations. Develop/maintain periodic allocations for prepaid expenses across all companies/plants. Complete monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts/companies. Input and verify entry of manual checks and deposits in general ledger. Maintain and verify fixed assets and associated depreciation schedules. Maintain and renew corporate business licenses for all companies at municipal and state levels Maintain integrity of databases for rates and costs by vendor. Manage periodic physical inventory valuations at plant levels. Coordinate support/operational status of all IT programs (upgrades, renewals, support). Support and coordinate year-end close with outside CPA. Provide support and continuous education of our accounting processes to owners / managers. Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting. Knowledge of basic accounting principles, general ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting. Intercompany accounting and reconciliation exposure preferred. Comfortable working independently and self-directed.
