Salary:

$50,000 – $65,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage day-to-day accounting formultiple properties, including AR, AP, tenant deposits,intercompany transactions, and mortgage accounts Upload, review,and code invoices, then post to the general ledger Own theaccounting inbox-organizing communication and maintaining flowProcess management fees, tenant utility reimbursements, andintercompany billing Maintain accurate fixed asset records Assistwith month-end close and provide analysis on budget variances orunexpected expenses

Preferred Background:
