$70,000•$80,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM•4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Manage AIA requisition billings for all active projects using Sage, Excel, and third-party platforms like Textura, GCPay, and Procore. Maintain precise spreadsheets for contracts/job lists, ensuring change orders, allowances, and stored materials are accurately billed monthly. Oversee accounts payable for all projects, processing approximately 200-250 invoices monthly in a paperless system and managing weekly vendor payments. Maintain essential compliance documentation, including insurance, lien waivers, and subcontracts , from all subcontractors and suppliers. Demonstrate knowledge of sales tax rules for construction and prepare tax-exempt certificates for vendors. Handle contract intake , job setup, and job file maintenance. Request insurance certificates and bonds from agents. Communicate effectively with project managers and estimators to gather necessary information. Prepare all monthly CHRO reports and paperwork . Review accounts receivable weekly with the Controller and follow up on aged accounts as needed. Assist the Controller and project managers with ad hoc reporting .
