DESCRIPTION

Data Entry & Bookkeeping Record financial transactions accurately in accounting software. Maintain general ledger accounts. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly. Accounts Payable/Receivable Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer payments. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables. Financial Reporting Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements. Generate financial reports and spreadsheets as required. Compliance & Audit Support Help prepare documentation for audits and tax filings. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. Administrative Support Maintain organized files and records (digital and physical). Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.

Requirements Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience :

0-2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships included).

Skills :

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite). Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems, Netsuite Basic understanding of GAAP.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
