Work with innovative luxury products and superiorcustomer service Key Responsibilities Manage core AP functionsincluding vouchering, payment preparation, and cash requirementreporting Prepare AP roll forwards and maintain aged item reviewsEnsure accurate and timely payment processing Assist with inventoryand AP-related journal entries Perform account reconciliations andaccrual calculations Support comprehensive month-end close processDevelop and implement enhanced accounting procedures and internalcontrols Analyze current processes and recommend efficiencyimprovements Support additional projects and duties as businessneeds evolve Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degreein Accounting required 1-2 years of relevant accounting experienceProficient Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) JD Edwards,Business Objects, Concur, or Sage Fixed Asset experience preferredProfessional Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities Excellent organizational and planning skills Outstandingcommunication skills across all management levels Ability to workindependently and manage multiple priorities Thrives in fast-pacedenvironments with attention to detail Growth mindset with desire toadvance within organization
