Staff Accountant Tipton Marler Garner & Chastain 501 West 19th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 Our firm is currently looking for Staff Accountants to join our team (entry level to senior level in both tax and audit). This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related discipline as well as 0-5+ years of experience in the accounting industry. CPA or current CPA candidate preferred for senior level. The ideal candidate will be a team player who has a desire to expand their accounting knowledge. Candidates should be self-driven, demonstrate initiative and be able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. They should have the ability to positively and proactively manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, have a high-level analytical and reasoning skill set, and be dedicated to developing and enhancing a team environment.
