Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to support our growing hospitality business. This full-time role is ideal for a highly organized professional with a solid background in accounting and a working knowledge of hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Perform regular bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring Oversee payroll processing and maintain HR-related documentation Handle administrative duties , including financial reporting and interdepartmental coordination Support budgeting and forecasting efforts Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Maintain and manage financial data in QuickBooks (4-6 years of experience required) Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience , preferably in the hospitality industry 4-6 years of experience working with QuickBooks Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel Strong understanding of HR and payroll practices Experience managing accounts receivable and banking operations Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Toast POS Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) Knowledge of hospitality-specific financial procedures
