Competitive + Performance Bonuses We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Accountant, CPA, or CFO with a strong background in the mortgage industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Third Party Origination (TPO) , mark-to-market accounting for residential mortgages , and be well-versed in FHA guidelines for preparing audited financials .
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage TPO financial processes Execute mark-to-market accounting for residential loan pipelines Prepare and support audited financials in compliance with FHA guidelines Develop, manage, and refine compensation and commission plans Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Provide financial reporting, forecasting, and support for executive decision-making
Requirements:
BS in Accounting (required) 3+ years of mortgage industry experience , including familiarity with TPO Direct experience with FHA financial audit requirements Proficiency in mark-to-market valuations for residential mortgage assets Knowledge of compensation structures specific to mortgage operations Strong experience with QuickBooks and Excel CPA designation or CFO experience is a plus Recent graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also be considered Why Join Us?
