Position Summary We are seeking an Accountant with a strong tax background and hands-on experience managing multiple clients. This full-time, in-person role requires an individual who is highly organized, technically proficient, and confident overseeing full-cycle accounting and tax engagements with professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the accounting needs of multiple clients across industries Conduct full-cycle accounting: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations Prepare a variety of tax returns (Forms 1040, 990, 1120, 1120S, 1065) Ensure financial statements are prepared accurately and in accordance with GAAP Collaborate with team members and provide guidance on accounting best practices Maintain client communication and deliver timely, high-quality service Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) CPA or EA certification preferred (or actively pursuing certification) Minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting environment Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and Online Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax preparation software Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills Ideal Candidate Traits Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Confident managing deadlines across multiple client engagements Professional, dependable, and client-focused Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
