Job Description
Accountant Are you ready to take your finance skills to the next level in a dynamic and supportive environment? Join us as an Accountant and be part of a team that values collaboration and growth! Responsibilities + Dive into customer payments and post cash receipts through AR Analysis. + Ensure accuracy and consistency with Bank and General Ledger Reconciliations. + Set up new suppliers and handle amendments in Supplier Management. + Code costs and manage approvals efficiently in Invoice Processing. + Oversee and respond to daily communications in the Accounts Inbox Management. + Create and manage payment requests in Payment Requisitions. + Prepare accruals, prepaids, and manage fixed assets during Month-End Tasks. + Perform balance sheet and supplier statement reconciliations. + Post month-end journals accurately in Journal Management. Essential Skills + Proficiency in accounting and Microsoft Excel. + Experience with reconciliation, IFRS, month-end tasks, fixed asset management, accruals, balance sheets, and general ledger reconciliation. + Experience with reconciliation in Blackline. + SAP ERP experience. + Ability to generate insightful Power BI reports. + Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge of ledgers and double-entry bookkeeping. + Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint. + A keen eye for process improvement. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 – $40.86/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
