Are you an experienced accountant seeking a stable, in-office role? We are hiring a full-time Accountant for our company in Pompano Beach!
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Tasks Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements. Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with taxation requirements. Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Utilize QuickBooks to generate reports and analyze financial data. Support management by presenting financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements Required Qualifications Candidate Profile:
Proficiency in
QuickBooks:
Advanced knowledge of accounting systems and generating financial reports.
Full-Cycle Accounting Expertise:
Skilled in managing all aspects of accounting.
Financial Management Knowledge:
Strong background in budgeting and process improvements.
Taxation and Compliance Experience:
Knowledge of payroll and income tax management.
Detail-Oriented and Analytical:
Accurate financial data interpretation and reporting.
Strong Communication Skills:
Comfortable working with teams and presenting financial insights. Proximity to

Must live nearby or be willing to commute daily.
Additional Requirements:
