This is a full-time, in-office position (40 hours/week) offering stability and opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of reliability, a stable work history, and the ability to handle diverse financial responsibilities with accuracy and integrity. Tasks Key Responsibilities As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:
Full-Cycle Accounting:
Managing the entire accounting process, from recording transactions to preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Accruals, Journal Entries, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations:
Accurately handling accruals, posting journal entries, and performing reconciliations.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Utilizing Excel to perform detailed analyses, create pivot tables, and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
General Ledger Management:
Maintaining and managing GL accounts, ensuring proper handling of debts and credits, and producing accurate financial reports.
Bank Reconciliation:
Ensuring company accounts are reconciled accurately and promptly addressing discrepancies.
Supporting Sales and Operations:
Collaborating with sales teams and managing financial aspects of distribution and international operations. Requirements Required Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Experience in
Full-Cycle Accounting:
Including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations. Proficiency in
Excel:
Advanced skills in pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
General Ledger Knowledge:
Solid understanding of GL accounts and their reconciliations.
Bank Reconciliation Expertise:
Experience in managing bank reconciliation processes.
QuickBooks Experience:
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting and financial reporting.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
Stable Work History:
