$24 – $29/hour We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our growing team and support a wide range of accounting functions.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Associate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, administrative duties, and assisting with tasks throughout the full accounting cycle. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer invoices in accordance with established company procedures Manage accounts receivable, including collections and payment application Monitor and reconcile account balances and resolve discrepancies Assist with commissions and sales representative’s inquiries Maintain organized financial records and documentation Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and filing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Knowledge of basic accounting principles and full-cycle accounting processes Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
