Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Analysis:
Dive into customer payments and post cash receipts. Bank and General Ledger (GL)
Reconciliations:
Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
Supplier Management:
Set up new suppliers and handle amendments efficiently.
Invoice Processing:
Code costs and manage approvals with precision.
Accounts Inbox Management:
Oversee and respond to daily communications promptly.
Payment Requisitions:
Create and manage payment requests effectively.
Month-End Tasks:
Prepare accruals, prepaids, and manage fixed assets.
Reconciliations:
Perform balance sheet and supplier statement reconciliations.
Journal Management:
Post month-end journals accurately.
Skills Required:
Accounting:
Strong foundation in accounting principles.
Accounts Receivable:
Expertise in managing AR processes.
SAP:
Proficiency in SAP ERP.
Power BI:
Ability to generate insightful reports.
Microsoft Excel:
Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
Reconciliation:
Experience with Blackline and other reconciliation tools.
Financial Statement Reporting:
Knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting.
Journal Entry:
Accuracy in posting journal entries.
General Ledger:
Familiarity with GL processes.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
Comprehensive understanding of AP/AR.
PowerPoint:
