Bank and GL Reconciliations:

Ensure accuracy and consistency.

Supplier Management:

Set up new suppliers and handle amendments.

Invoice Processing:

Code costs and manage approvals efficiently.

Accounts Inbox Management:

Oversee and respond to daily communications.

Payment Requisitions:

Create and manage payment requests.

Month-End Tasks:

Prepare accruals, prepaids, and manage fixed assets.

Reconciliations:

Perform balance sheet and supplier statement reconciliations.

Journal Management:

Post month-end journals accurately.
