Location:

Fort Lauderdale, FL -Hybrid (3 days in the office) We are seeking an Associate Director of Accounting & Reporting with direct experience in multi-entity accounting for a large company. The Accounting Manager will work directly with the Agency, offshore teams and internal staff, and will prepare, review and analyze financial statements and meet aggressive reporting requirements for multiple agencies.

Responsibilities:

Manage a small team of Senior Accountants Review and approve timesheets, time off requests and prepare and deliver annual evaluations Coordinate offshore team activities and work product Point of escalation with Agency Finance teams Approve journal entries with appropriate backup Review Hyperion Financial Management walk to Microsoft Dynamics AX trial balance to ensure there are no topside entries Approve B/S reconciliation package Promote all working capital schedules in Hyperion Financial Management tool Promote Internal Reporting Package schedules in Hyperion Financial Management tool Complete various report for the annual tax package

REQUIRED

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field CPA preferred but not required Minimum of 7 years of experience in multi-entity accounting for a large company with multiple entities 4+ years of Accounting Management/Leadership experience including leading and mentoring accounting staff Experience working closely with leadership, clients, and internal teams Solid proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, or equivalent High level of proficiency in

Microsoft Excel Job Type:

$110,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
