Full Job Description Job Purpose:
As a Corporate accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial reports, and analyzing financial data to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with a team of accountants to ensure that all financial transactions are porperly recorded and that financial reports are accurate and timely.
Responsibilities:
Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records for a portfolio of hotels. Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Preparing of monthly bank reconciliations Analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management. Daily review of hotel revenues and posting in general ledger Daily bank reconciliation for assigned properties. Reconcile balance sheet accounts for assigned hotels on a monthly basis. Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Assisitng with budget preparation and monitoring. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Other duites as assigned.
Job Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Experience:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
