⚐ ⚑ ⚑ General Contractor to Qualifier Your Company ICON compensation: TBD employment type: job title: Contractor’s License I am a general contractor in Florida with a license available to qualify a construction company.
- The preferred agreement would be a percentage of gross sales. Would also consider a flat monthly rate.
- The company would be responsible to provide and maintain in effect general liability and workers comp insurance.
- The company would be responsible to provide all project management of all phases of work.
- Qualifier would promptly sign permits and plans as needed.
