Responsibilities:
Maintain Notice to Owner log Perform job costing and financial tracking Prepare and submit monthly client billings Monitor and manage all project accounts Review owner contracts, addendums, and exhibits to ensure financial and risk compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Previous experience as a project accountant Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
