Full-Time, Exempt We’re seeking an experienced Project Accountant to support large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the renewable energy sector. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health of high-value construction projects — from kickoff through closeout. You’ll work closely with project managers, superintendents, and accounting teams to ensure accurate cost tracking, billing, forecasting, and overall compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor job costs, budgets, and overall project financials Prepare monthly owner billings and manage lien waivers and compliance documentation Process subcontractor invoices, purchase orders, and change orders accurately and on time Assist with cost-to-complete analysis, revenue recognition, and project forecasting Reconcile job cost ledgers, accruals, and retainage with internal accounting systems Support internal audits and external reporting needs Maintain documentation in systems like Procore, Sage 300 CRE, or similar platforms What You Bring to the
