Tasks Performed by the

Senior Property Accountant:

Full-cycle accounting for multiple properties
Reviewing and posting of A/P invoices
Month-end close of each entity – general ledger, financial statement preparation, support schedules for each balance sheet account
Bank reconciliations and preparing and posting journal entries
Accruals and balance sheet review
Compare and explain monthly variances to the budget as well as trending analysis
Requirements of the

Senior Property Accountant:

4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
Real Estate Development industry experience
Yardi experience
