What You Bring:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience (recent grads encouraged to apply) Intermediate Excel skills (Excel testing required during interview process) Exposure to or experience with journal entries, fixed assets, and account reconciliations Experience with or openness to learning ERP systems (SAP training provided) Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why Join Us? $25 – $30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 4

BachelorsResponsibilities Complete monthly reconciliations of 40+ General Ledger accounts Prepare and review monthly supplier bank reconciliations Assist in monthly financial close and reporting Prepare quarterly corporate and ad hoc divisional reports Analyze sales expense reports and general ledger expenses versus prior year and budget Reconcile gross profit postings and executive team expenses Prepare Profit & Loss reports, M&E reports, and Juice Department financials Process and analyze incentive and sales commission programs, including bill-backs and payroll submissions Post journal entries as needed Track and verify incentive payments, ensuring accuracy and preventing duplication Prepare reporting and data analysis for senior leadership Reconcile bank deposit cash postings Support monthly revenue, PST, and commission payout processing SkillsGeneral LedgerAccount ReconciliationAccounting CourseworkReconciliationMonth-End CloseJournal EntriesQualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
