Are you a highly skilled public accounting professional lookingfor your transition role to private accounting? We have 2 availableroles: 1. Staff Accountant and 2. Internal Audit Accountant. We areseeking a well experienced and detail-oriented to join our growingteam. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in generalaccounting practices, attention to detail, and the ability tosupport financial accuracy and compliance across the firm. Bothroles require at least 2+ years of accounting experience,preferably in a public accounting or similar professionalenvironment. Experience with complex software, meets deadlines withminimal supervision, possess strong communication skills and workswell in high pressure environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting activities and provide support to theteam by responding to any inquiries.
  • Overseeing the accounts receivable and payable team to ensureaccurate and timely processing.
  • Handled client re-billing for cost to ensure proper tracker andrecovery of billable expenses.
  • Perform general ledger account reconciliations, Monthly,quarterly, and year-end closings.
  • Support payroll processing, budget preparation, and financialreporting.
  • Analyze financial data to identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Auditing, supporting filed audits by gatheringdocumentation data and reviewing system reports.
  • Participate in internal investigations and assist in preparingfindings.
  • Supports audit data analysis using Microsoft Excel and basicreporting tools.
  • Assists in recurring monitoring activities and quarterly auditreports.
  • Collaborate with external auditors when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, businessadministration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge for GAAP and accounting best practice.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of integrity in handlingsensitive and confidential information.
  • Public accounting background preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QBO skills andExcel).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of ateam.
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and developprofessionally within the field of internal audit.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with tax compilation is highly preferred.
