As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our administrative team. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health of our multi-site practice, and expertise in NetSuite accounting software is a must. Position Overview The Senior Accountant will manage the full spectrum of accounting functions across our 10 locations, with a strong focus on leveraging NetSuite for all financial operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience using NetSuite in a healthcare or multi-entity environment and will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations for all 10 practice locations using NetSuite, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for leadership and physician partners through NetSuite. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes in NetSuite; ensure timely and accurate reporting. Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings; maintain compliance with healthcare and financial regulations. Analyze financial data within NetSuite to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with practice managers and administrative staff to ensure consistent financial processes across all locations. Manage payroll, benefits accounting, and physician compensation calculations using NetSuite or integrated solutions. Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff; review their work for accuracy and completeness. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for the multi-site practice using NetSuite tools. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or multi-entity environment. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using NetSuite for accounting and financial management. Strong knowledge of GAAP, healthcare accounting, and regulatory compliance. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other office software. Experience with payroll, benefits, and physician compensation accounting. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
