We are a growing hospitality group passionate about creating meaningful dining experiences rooted in Latin flavors, culture, and connection. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time accountant to support our day-to-day operations with smart, streamlined financial management.

Role Overview:

This role will provide accounting and bookkeeping support across our restaurant’s financial functions. Ideal for someone with prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly bookkeeping and reconciliation (QuickBooks Online preferred
• Enter and manage vendor invoices and payments
• Assist with payroll processing (Toast Payroll
• Monitor daily sales and reconcile POS reports
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet
• Handle sales tax filings and payments
• Provide cash flow oversight and financial insights to ownership

• Optional:

  Assist with year-end tax prep and inventory trackingQualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (restaurant industry a plus
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
• Familiar with restaurant POS systems, payroll platforms, and basic sales tax rules
• Highly organized, communicative, and dependable
• CPA is a plus but not required Compensation

• Hourly Rate:

  $40

• 60/hour (based on experience
• OR Flat Monthly Retainer $800
• 1,200/month (based on scope
• Flexible schedule; 5-10 hours per week average
