We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Accountant to join a growing manufacturing company in the Naples, FL area. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with a strong background in general ledger accounting and experience working in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple functions including A/R, A/P, accruals, and inventory accounting. pay 35.00 – 45.00

DOE Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general ledger entries Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Maintain and analyze inventory accounting and standard cost Assist in month-end and year-end close processes Support financial reporting and analysis as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance Identify process improvements and support implementation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of progressive accounting experience Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory processes Proficient in accounting systems and Excel Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
