Staff Accountant Position Available In Collier, Florida

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end close, reconciling accounts, accounts payables/receivables, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, general ledger accounts, and reconciliations. Assist with financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Perform variance analysis and provide insights to leadership to guide business decisions. Support audits by compiling and analyzing financial data. Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking. Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance 0 – 2 years’ experience in accounting Proficient in Microsoft Excel
