We are seeking a full-time accountant to build on thissuccess by working directly with corporate management indocumenting daily expenses and developing project and corporatefinancial forecasts. We are looking for applicants who enjoy working in a small officewith a high level of interaction with co-workers and engaging in avariety of job responsibilities.

Duties:

• Maintains general ledger accounts entering and organizing projectexpenses and invoices; balancing job costs; updating monthlyretainage, workers’ compensation, and general insuranceaccruals.
• Summarizes current financial status by analyzing general ledgeraccounts; compiling and submitting financial statements.
• Manages weekly corporate payroll.
• Provides financial information by answering accounting procedurequestions; researching and interpreting accounting policy andregulations; determining current charging of labor andmaterials.
• Updates job knowledge and experience by participating inconstruction management operations.
