Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Accountant to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for a professional with a strong background in construction accounting who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for construction projects Prepare and analyze job cost reports and financial statements Process accounts payable and receivable specific to construction activities Track project budgets, change orders, and billing schedules Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure accurate financial reporting Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum 2 years of construction accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage 300, or similar) Strong understanding of job costing, WIP reports, and AIA billing Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay Details:
