This role is ideal for someone with experience managing state and federal grants who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and reconcile state and federal grant funding
• Prepare and submit expense reimbursements in accordance with grant requirements
• Monitor grant budgets and ensure compliance with all regulatory and funding guidelines
• Perform data mining and analysis to support reporting, forecasting, and audits
• Collaborate with internal departments and grant agencies to clarify and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records for audits and assist with year-end reporting
• Use Oracle ERP software to enter, track, and reconcile financial data related to grants Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in grants accounting or public sector finance
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state grant compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Oracle Financials or similar ERP system
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
