We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for handling invoicing processes and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, working from Home Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Must live in Jacksonville, FL for 2 office days a week.

salary:

$28 – $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner Verify invoice data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues in collaboration with internal teams and clients Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting Assist in accounts receivable management, including tracking payments and following up on outstanding invoices Provide assistance with payroll, purchase orders, and other financial transactions as needed Generate reports related to invoicing, expenses, and other financial activities The essential functions of this role include:
