General Duties and Responsibilities:
Land vendor contract setup within JDE Oversee process and validate land development invoices ensuring all approvals have been received Prepare and manage lot cost budgets for assigned division’s projects, including required revisions Maintain additional consideration files to accurately forecast future costs Reconcile invoices to approved budgets and investigate variances with the land development group Coordinate the processing of property tax statements from the county appraisal district Prepare comparison schedules for review to identify changes in tax assessments and estimate tax liabilities Assist in the design of reports for land development budget system in Excel, Hubble Insight and

audit support General accounting duties including, but not limited to journal entries and assisting with month end close
Qualifications:
