This position is integral to ensuring accurate,compliant, and efficient financial operations and reports directlyto the Controller. Key Responsibilities Prepare financialstatements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in accordance withaccounting standards. Perform general ledger accountreconciliations, including bank, intercompany, accounts receivable,and accounts payable. Analyze financial data to identifydiscrepancies and ensure accuracy. Lead or participate in month-endand year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with internalcontrols, regulatory standards, and accounting policies. Supportinternal and external audits by preparing schedules and respondingto inquiries. Prepare or assist with tax filings (income, sales,payroll), ensuring regulatory compliance. Mentor junior teammembers and review their work for accuracy and alignment with bestpractices. Recommend and implement improvements to accountingprocesses and workflows. Take on additional responsibilities asrequired to support business needs. Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Active CPA certification preferred. 5-7 years of professionalexperience in accounting or finance. Deep understanding of GAAP andfinancial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting softwareand Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, organizational, andproblem-solving skills. Attention to detail with a high degree ofaccuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Abilityto manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Tax complianceexperience is a plus. Interested in hearing more?
