Key Responsibilities Tax PreparationExcellence:

Prepare Federal and State income tax returns, includingmulti-state and State and Local (SALT) franchise tax returns, aswell as quarterly estimates with precision and attention to detail

Strategic Tax Planning:

Participate in tax planning initiatives toinclude preparing projections, estimates, and apportionmentschedules that drive informed decision-making

Research andCompliance:

Conduct thorough research on tax issues, maintaincompliance with federal and state regulations, assist in federaland state tax audits, and responding to tax notices

CollaborativeEngagement:

Work closely with various teams to gather necessaryinformation and communicate potential tax risks effectively

Innovative Solutions:

Maintain and enhance our automated taxcalendar, ensuring timely and accurate filings

QualificationsEducational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; an MS inTaxation or CPA certification is highly desirable

Experience:

Aminimum of 4 years of tax preparation experience in publicaccounting or a corporate tax department

Technical Proficiency:

Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with tax software (CCHAxcess and NetSuite G/L preferred)

Research Skills:

Ability toutilize both online and printed resources for comprehensive taxresearch

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communicationskills to convey complex tax concepts clearly
