Staff Accountant –

Intercompany & ERP Experience Preferred Location:

Jacksonville, Florida Steadfast Executive Search has been engaged by a mission-driven healthcare organization to identify a Staff Accountant with strong intercompany accounting and ERP experience to support its multi-entity financial operations. Additionally, new hires must complete 1.5 weeks of on-site training in Jacksonville for orientation and onboarding before transitioning to remote work.

Responsibilities:

Manage intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reconciliations across multiple entities. Oversee full-cycle accounting, including General Ledger (GL) management, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with month-end close processes Assist with financial reporting Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, maintaining financial accuracy. Support process improvements Records general ledger entries, which include

Reconciles Fixed Assets Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university is required. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and month end Intercompany accounting experience is required, with a strong understanding of multi-entity financial structures is a plus ERP system experience is required (Great Plains, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Salary Range:
