Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments/collections. Prepare and post journal entries for various financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and other general ledger accounts regularly. Assist with the month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing schedules and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as needed. Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes. Support audit requests by providing necessary documentation and information. Perform other accounting duties and special projects as assigned.
