Job Description
Tax and Accounting Associate P2 8265 Bayberry Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32256 We are a Jacksonville, FL CPA firm and we are seeking a Tax and Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in accounting and is CPA-eligible. We seek a motivated, detail-oriented entry-level professional eager to develop their skills and grow within the firm. This position offers excellent opportunities for advancement. Our firm provides income tax preparation and planning, trust and estate tax preparation, attest services and advisory services. We have a great office culture where we work in teams and supervisors prioritize the growth and success of each individual. The average length of service for our team members is over 20 years and we have a very low staff turnover rate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare state and federal income tax returns.
- Conduct tax research to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with tax planning strategies and recommendations.
- Perform audit testing and participate in fieldwork activities

- Upcoming or recent graduate with a degree in accounting; CPA-eligible.
