We’re expanding our capabilities, our geography, and our team—and now is an exciting time to join us. We are currently seeking a Treasury Accountant for our Jacksonville office.
What You’ll Do:
The Treasury Accountant will support day-to-day treasury operations within an architectural and engineering consulting firm. This role is responsible for managing cash flow, processing bank transactions, performing reconciliations, and assisting with treasury reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of cash management practices, and experience working within a dynamic, project-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with company financial policies and reporting standards.
Maintain the daily cash reporting consolidating a total of over 30 different accounts in 9 states
Forecast cash requirements for the next three months
Provide advice on streamlining the cash management operations of the company
Maintain strong bank relationships and transact draws and paydowns of the lines of credit as required
Assist in integrating acquisitions into Prime AE
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in treasury, accounting, or corporate finance roles.
Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial controls.
Proficiency with treasury management systems, ERP platforms, and Excel.
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience in a project-based, A&E, or consulting environment is a plus.
Some audit experience at an accounting firm preferred.
Some experience with QuickBooks software preferred.
Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint system preferred. Experience in the AEC Industry preferred. Why
